Public Transport Interchange

As part of the Caerphilly 2035 Masterplan, the redevelopment of Caerphilly’s public transport interchange is being proposed, in partnership with Transport for Wales (TfW).

Stakeholder and public consultation and engagement has taken place during June 2023 at the library, where the stunning plans as shown below were revealed. Following many conversations, there is overwhelming support for the redevelopment of the interchange, which now moves towards the planning application stage. 

The full design is anticipated to be available in 2024.
