The new Pentrebane Street development will transform the area by replacing the current disused buildings with 72 modern apartments and seven high-quality commercial units, bringing much-needed homes and business opportunities to the heart of Caerffili town centre.
This £21 million regeneration project is funded by Caerphilly Council and the Welsh Government’s Transforming Towns programme. Once complete, the complex will be managed by Linc Cymru, part of the Pobl Group.

In preparation for the demolition of the current buildings, there is a partial closure of the footpath in front of numbers 8 to 20 Clive Street.
The lane connecting Pentrebane Street and Clive Street behind properties on Bradford Street will also be in place while demolition is completed.
Demolition work is expected to take around 20 weeks.
